Gaga has released a special video message thank you to her beloved monsters for reaching over 10,000,000 twitter followers: at the same time shafting American Idol producers by donning a pair of penis platform shoes on show.

Got to give it to Gaga – she’s certainly got balls!

Apparently American Idol producers managed to conceal the phallic footwear with an “American Idol” logo - for the most part – they’re quite a sizey pair she has, so it mustn’t have been an easy task.

Her outlandish fashion choices are obviously part of the reason she has so many adoring fans and taking the time to personally thank them is obviously very important to her.
