Miley Cyrus should have learnt her lesson the first time around… but a controversial birthday cake is sure to give her some unwanted attention once again.
She was throwing a 22nd birthday party for her Aussie boyfriend Liam Hemsworth in downtown LA… including a giant, penis shaped cake.
Sources say that it was a massive night, in many respects.
Of course, just like the Bob Marley incident at her party… some seriously embarrassing photos of Miley posing with the cake (in a variety of ways) have emerged.
TMZ have obtained the photos (which you can view here uncensored - NSFW!) and although it may have been hilarious and novel at the time, there's very little doubt that they'll come back to haunt her.
Amongst a variety of provocative poses, Miley can be seen bending over with her mouth close to the phallic-shaped cake, and holding a cake knife over it as well.

Pregnant Jess Simpson tweeted this hilarious/horrendous photo wearing a latex penis mask at a mates bachelorette party. You can just hear her publicist sighing, can't you?
And can we please just thank you, Jess, for continuing to bring the LOLs at your own expense. You make our jobs just that little bit easier.

True Blood star Ryan Kwanten seems to have let his sock slip in between his usual raunchy onscreen sex scenes - and if we weren’t sure which way the man dresses - it is definitely now no secret (get your fingers off the pause button ladies).
But is this really him? There are so many nude photo scandals these days and conveniently abundantly more amateur photoshop artists so how can we be sure?
What do you think ladies... make sure you take a long hard look before you decide - just to be fair.

Katie Holmes better be careful or she could be labelled one of the baddest mums in Hollywood!
As is usually the case with most parents, mums and dads often have to deal with their children's cravings for sweet, sweet candy.
Young Suri Cruise appears to have gotten her away, with photographers capturing the four-year-old in her mother's arms clutching a box of gummy lollies.
But they weren’t your traditional gummi lollies; they were very adult lollies shaped like... well... penises.
The photos, taken at New York's famous "dessert only" restaurant Serendipity also show Suri unable to take her eyes away from the box.
Is it time to for Tom and Katie to teach her about the birds and the bees?
