It was Justin Bieber’s birthday yesterday and the newly 17 year old teen celebrated in style with girlfriend Selena Gomez at a surprise party she arranged especially for him! He wasn’t the only one surprised however; a group of overbearing paparazzi photographers got a nasty shock when Justin almost ran them down as the couple attempted to leave the venue.

Nicole Richie's turned all protective mummy, taking out a restraining order against a PAP who's been snapping at her child's preschool!
She took her own picture of the guy lurking at the school and filed it with the legal papers.
"Mariotto drives eratically around my children and others, yells, screams and attempts to scare us so that he can photograph our reaction. He trespasses on preschool property to photograph the children," Nicole states in the court docs.
"He has often left his car in the middle of a busy street just to chase me for a photograph.
"His predatory behavior caused and continues to cause severe emotional distress as I fear for the safety of my children."

Kyle and best buddy Brian McFadden were snapped by paps eating lunch with Kyle's X-Factor boys!
With all of his boy band and solo experience, is Brian giving the boys advice too!? Maybe they'll be singing one of his tunes on the show?
