She's no stranger to ink and Miley Cyrus is sporting a new tattoo on her left bicep that declares "Love Never Dies".
We're not sure if the line is a reference to the Andrew Lloyd Webber musical of the same name (you know the sequel to Phantom of the Opera) or a tribute to boyfriend Liam Hemsworth.
The pair were spotted at the Studio City Tattoos parlour near Universal Studios in LA over the weekend, where the job was performed by Miley's artist of choice, Illya (pictured above), who's inked her in the past.
It's said Liam also got some fresh ink, no word on whether or not it says the same thing as Cyrus'… but the pair already have matching ones on their ankles.

Miley Cyrus, who plays Demi Moore's daughter in new movie LOL, has used her Facebook page to slam the world for speculating on Moore's personal issues.
The pop star posted:
"The media makes everyone in Hollywood seem "weak", "stupid", or "unbalanced" … Just because she's in Hollywood doesn't mean she's on drugs. NOT EVERYONE IS ON DRUGS!!!"
(Uh, hello Miley? Have you seen Demi lately? Did you listen to the 911 call?)
She added: "Put yourself in her shoes. How are you supposed to hold up while everyone in the world is so naive and they believe everything the media says? Almost her entire life has been in the public eye."

We get what you're saying Miley, we really do. But at the end of the day, a celebrity talking about another celebrity, especially one that was recently involved in a high profile divorce, and an overdose on party drugs, is probably going to result in more media attention. The best thing for everyone to do is shut up and let Demi get the help she needs. Imagine all the positive headlines we'll see when she surfaces looking happy and healthy……

Last year Miley Cyrus added to her growing collection of tattoos with a an equals sign which she tweeted a picture of along with the words “All LOVE is equal”.
The tattoo and tweet sparked an epic twitter debate from her devout bible bashing fans.
Miley just penned a piece for Glamour to explain a bit more about her views and why she got the tatt, saying the idea that two people who love each other aren't allowed to get married makes her “sick to her stomach”.
Miley says she was lambasted with comments from people saying "What happened to you? You used to be a Christian girl!'"
Miley says her response was that "If you were a true Christian you would have your facts straight. Christianity is about love."... Read More!
