Like father, like daughter eh. Michael Lohan loves nothing more than giving the media (us) his critique on what went wrong with Lindsay's life and why it's all her mum's fault, but we reckon he should take a look at himself, as he's ended up in jail again.
Lohan was put in jail earlier in the week for allegedly assaulting his off-on girlfriend Kate Major, and returned to jail 12 hours later for violating a no-contact order by contacting her on the phone.

After her day in court for violating her probation, Lindsay Lohan is now facing up to 18 months in jail. Her father, Michael Lohan, called us to reveal the inside story on his daughter’s tragic downward spiral.
He still believes that jail is not the best place for his daughter, and that despite all her previous attempts, Lindsay needs to go back to rehab. Michael also took a few jabs at his ex-wife Dina Lohan, aka Lindsay’s drinking buddy, and says if it wasn’t for the divorce, Lindsay wouldn’t be in this trouble.

Lilo is off again this week to see Judge Schwartz in court. But it looks like there will be one extra camera crew around and Lilo is pissed!
Michael Lohan (Lindsay's dad) is soon to be a reality star and is currently shooting for "Celebrity Rehab" where he is trying to control his "anger issues". So naturally he is going to bring the camera crew along to his Daughters court appearance..
When Lindsay heard about this she said "I am working through my recovery day-by-day and find his public media bouts unnecessary and damaging".
Michael Lohan has been thrusting himself into every bit of media possible since he daughter went off the rails. Is enough enough?
