Following rumours that she was drunk at a pre-Golden Globes party last weekend comes even more evidence suggesting Kelly Osbourne may have fallen off the wagon.
The supposedly reformed drinker and drug taker, who has been to rehab three times, was spotted getting loose ant the Cha Cha Lounge in Silverlake, California.
A witness at the scene said 27 year old Kelly was “getting drinks at the bar and was clearly wasted”.
Another person said they even saw her buy a marijuana cookie off a woman called “Lady Cakes” (I'm not making this up) for $10.
Kelly slammed the Golden Globe reports when they came out, and has now taken to Twitter to defend herself against these rumours as well.
“If I want to have a drink them Im going to have a drink Im 27 years old! Was their story true? NO! is it anyones business NO?#GiveMeABreak!” she tweeted.
“Trust me I've worked to hard to go and f**k my life up agin you ass holes! and thats quite frankly all i have to say on this stupid subject!”

More photos of Lindsay Lohan 'off balance' have emerged...but she is angry at claims she was drunk.
She was spotted stumbling out of a Hollywood hotel on Saturday night but says "Reports of me being intoxicated and not even able to stand are nothing but absurd."
One of Lindsay's friends says, "Lindsay walked out of the party fine and she never once couldn't stand up by herself. It's strange how someone can come up with such detailed lies."
In the past she has told Kyle and Jackie O that the paparazzi will sometimes push her in an effort to get a good shot of her falling.

Christina Aguilera seems to really be working on her rep as the new Hollywood trashbag on the block: she was spotted falling out of The Beverly Nightclub in West Hollywood last night.
Lucky for Xtina her rebound BF Matthew Rutler was on hand to help her out of the club.

Judging by the state of her walking out of Chateau Marmont over the weekend it looks like Miley's had a massive one.
After all the backlash from her smoking recently, you'd think she would keep it together before walking out of a club that is known to have paps lurking everywhere.
Could this be the start of Miley puling a Lilo?

Following Christina Aguilera’s arrest, her mugshot has been revealed!
The picture shows X-tina with her hair down and wearing a black top.
The mugshot was not officially released to the public since authorities do not plan to press charges following her arrest with boyfriend Matthew Rutler over a drink driving incident.

Mum! Dad's drunk again....
Charlie Sheen isn't having a good year. Car accidents, court appearances and now a drunken episode at The Plaza Hotel in NYC.
The New York Post is reporting that medics had to be called just after 2am after Sheen was found naked and intoxicated in his room.
Apparently his room was trashed with a chandelier broken and chairs thrown about. The damages bill could be up to $7000.
