The rumours have been circulating for months but now it's been officially confirmed that Britney Spears has signed on to be a judge on the X Factor in the US.
The show's new judging panel made their first public appearance together in New York for FOX's Upfront Presentation, a showcase for the network's new TV programs.

Demi Lovato Admits To Drug Use
Speaking in the UK version of Fabulous magazine Disney star Demi Lovato has admitted to using drugs.
"Promoters gave me drugs and alcohol in restaurants or clubs. They wanted me to come back so I would be seen there. They were basically kissing my ass."
"I thought they were my friends. I thought I was having fun. Being a celebrity can be dangerous. No one says 'no'. That's why so many end up overdosing. It could definitely have happened to me.
"I was depressed. I would come off stage in front of thousands of people and suddenly be alone in a hotel room. I'd come crashing down and would try to find a way to recreate that feeling to stay up."
Her road to recovery hasn’t been an easy one with bouts of bulimia and self harm, but the young star is now leaning to love her curvy figure.
"After so long being thin, it was terrifying being heavier. But I am a naturally curvy Hispanic girl. I don't deprive myself. I had a Kit Kat last night"

Disney star Demi Lovato famously spent time in rehab for bulimia and bipolar disorder and is now slamming her former employers for being insensitive.
19 year old Demi didn't appreciate it when a character quipped "I could just eat you up, well if I ate."
"I find it really funny how a company can lose one of their actress' from the pressures of an EATING DISORDER and yet still make joke about that very disease. #nice," she Tweeted.
"And is it just me or are the actress' [on Disney Channel] getting THINNER AND THINNER.... I miss the days of RAVEN, and LIZZIE MCGUIRE," she said, shows which starred Raven Symone and Hilary Duff.
