Last time we saw Ashton Kutcher in the spotlight he was looking a little rough with long hair and quite a mean beard growing!
But last night Ashton appeared on a US TV panel program to talk about Two and a Half Men, where he debut a new clean cut look.
Looks much much better to us!

Our favourite Twilight hunk has got his priorities right. He's been a good boy and spent Christmas with the folks. They were seen waving him off in their dressing gowns as he left their house earlier.
Now, him and his beard (which Santa would be proud of!) are LA bound to see in 2012 with girlfriend Kristen Stewart.
It seems that he's been hiding behind his new facial hair and using it as a disguise whilst in his hometown near London.
He has been spotted at his old local pub with buddies on several occassions. But, no doubt he'll be looking forward to celebrating the New Year with K-Stew.

Zac Efron has finally said farewell to his facial hair, and we're very happy to see his face again!
The newly single Mr Efron is sporting a sexy clean shaven look for his upcoming movie 'The Lucky One'...and we love it.
Hopefully the HOT new military look will last.
