Miley Cyrus has been a bit quiet lately – no photo or drug scandals, just keeping a low profile and hanging out with her Aussie boyfriend Liam Hemsworth. The latest and most compelling news in Miley world is that she has gotten a new haircut!

"Just got a hurrrr cut," Miley tweeted.

"I didn't do anything to crazy. But I did take 5 inches off!" she said later to a fan on Twitter.

Miley has a new movie 'LOL' coming out, so expect to see a lot more of her as she gets on the publicity trail. There's even rumours that she's going to be starring in the new Sex and the City prequel series, which follows Carrie's adventures when she first moves to New York.

"I'm not attached [to the project], so I don't want to say that, but that would be very cool,” Miley said of the rumour.
