E! presenter Giuliana Rancic is recovering at home after a double mastectomy and reconstructive surgery. The TV presenter wasdiagnosed with breast cancer in August.
"I'm feeling good and I'm happy to be back home," she said on Friday.
"It's been tough, but I'm trying to stay strong and manage the pain," she said. "I have a newfound respect for women who have been through breast cancer and this surgery."
Rancic said that swapping her real boobs for fake ones might not be the worst thing in the world.
"They might come out looking even hotter," she joked. "You gotta have fun with this. We find the humor in everything. [Mys husband] Bill helped pick 'em out. I'm like, 'Bill, that big? Really?”
