Drew Barrymore has been snapped leaving the doctors with an ultra sound scan.

She's just got engaged to Will Kopelman, and they could be starting a family already.

We wonder if Drew will walk down the aisle with a bump, or whether she'll wait to do a post pregnancy slim down before squeezing in to a wedding dress!?

Drew's people haven't confirmed the pregnancy, but you be the judge...check out the photos on TMZ.
